We went in a few days after the new owners took over, and it was a disaster. The service was horrible! It took 30 minutes just to get our drinks, at least an hour to get our under cooked pizza and the watered down salad came after the pizza. Ok, chocked it up as the owners needed to get the kinks out.Fast-forward to Sunday. (At least 6 months later. I decided to try again. Still horrible service. When we did finally recieve our food, it was not cooked completely, and some of the toppings were noticeably thrown on after the pizza was finished cooking. After everything cooked completely, it tasted pretty good, but no matter how much the owners swear it is the same recipe, it tasted a little different. The tradition of a quick meal at lunch break is over, at least at this place.
Changed ownership and doubled the prices no thanks! Been going 10+ years I won't be back ever!
Stay away from this place!!! it's a new owner, again!!! they don't know what they are doing and this place is slowly transforming into middle eastern food rather than the italian food that we grew up with. the new pizza n stuff is not what it used to be!!! we've been coming here for almost 30 years and this is the end of pizza n stuff. they served our alfredos with just chicken, oil, and pasta on all 4 of our alfredo orders. no sauce what so ever!!! we waited an hour to get all of our sauces as they only came by 1 at a time with the alfredo sauces!!! the salad is warm and doesn't taste fresh. everything is a mess!!! i guess this will be the end for us coming to a beloved place. totally heartbroken ?
This is disappointing. Pizza N Stuff is now under new ownership, and things are clearly not going well. I'm usually easy to please, but this was unacceptable. They were out of napkins—seriously, not a single napkin in sight. They also ran out of ranch dressing, which wouldn’t have mattered much since the salad was just awful. The romaine lettuce was cut all the way down to the stems and served wilted... unbelievable. I decided to play it safe and ordered a turkey sandwich. How hard could that be? Turns out, it was more complicated than I expected. The turkey was so poor that it made Subway's meat look high-quality, the same terrible lettuce made an unwelcome return, and the bread was soggy. To top it off, this place isn’t cheap either. It really feels like the new management is cutting corners, serving ingredients that wouldn't even be acceptable at a mental hospital's cafeteria.
I used to visit this place often, but as caregivers, we don’t get out together as much anymore. I remember the original owners, and the food was fantastic back then. Fortunately, even with the new owners, the food is still amazing. I’ve been on the hunt for a good pizza, and I used to go to Petrillo's, but they've gone downhill, so I won't be returning there. I decided to give Pizza N Stuff a try, and wow! The pizza, dough, and crust are outstanding. When I called to place my order, I asked if they still had the same spumoni ice cream, and they said yes. We were so excited, reminiscing about how good it is. When I picked up my order, the staff kindly threw in a cup of spumoni for me. This has definitely become my new go-to pizza spot—it's worth the drive from Covina!
