Wähfles Café - La Verne

This restaurant deserves more than just five stars! From the moment we arrived, Jeff, the owner, was incredibly friendly and genuine. The customer service overall was the best we've experienced in a long time. Our food came out quickly and was perfectly prepared. The waffles were a great portion and absolutely delicious. We tried the Nutella banana, crème brûlée, and 'Merica waffles, and they were all fantastic. Jeff’s recommendation for coffee with oat milk was a delightful touch. This has officially become our go-to brunch spot!

The food here in La Verne is so delicious. The owner is very kind and visits with every table to make sure you enjoyed your meal. This is a great place to eat with family and friends. The Creme Brulee was the bezt!

Let's talk about the coffee. It's made to order and simply outstanding! I usually go for drip coffee (even at Starbucks), but Wahfles Cafe has its own special blend that they prepare as a pour-over when you order it, ensuring it's as fresh as possible. The café itself has a charming and cozy seating area. The owner warmly greeted us at the entrance and welcomed us into the restaurant. After our meal, he stopped by our table to check how everything was, which is a level of hospitality that’s truly rare and greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this café!

Fantastic breakfast! The atmosphere was wonderfully friendly. The food was delicious, and the peach cobbler was just the right level of sweetness, which my wife really enjoyed.
