Yogurtland La Verne

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible! I understand the mask requirement, but when I asked for a spoon so that my two-year-old could try a flavor before filling her cup, the employee rudely said they weren't doing samples. The employee claimed it was because of the mask requirement, even though my daughter wasn't wearing a mask. It didn't make sense, especially since there was a couple nearby eating their frozen yogurt without masks. The employee was more focused on denying me a spoon than keeping the place clean. It's absurd that you have to wear a mask to order but can take it off to eat at dirty tables. This experience was shocking and disappointing.

The service at this restaurant was top-notch! Isabela Montes was incredibly kind and helpful. She truly made my experience at Yogurtland even better. I will definitely be returning because of her outstanding service.

The location of this restaurant is not ideal as no one cleans the machines properly. Some parts of the machines are not cleaned at all and the workers are lazy. The behavior of one worker was disgusting and it seems like they don't care about maintaining cleanliness. The tables and chairs are never fully wiped down.
