Western Steakhouse - La Vernia

This restaurant is named. Better than Sammys or any other Mexican restaurant. We had the mixed Fajitas for two. We took half of the Fajitas home. The manager was very attentive to our needs and our managers. We were asked if our portion size was sufficient and even asked if we need more rice and beans. This hotel serves steaks, hamburgers and Mexican dishes. You will get a basket of tortilla chips and salsa when you come. You're not an appetizer for a load. They're a light chip not too thick. I'm very picky, so I don't take this 5 stars easy. You have it to a TRY!!!!

We ate here a few times. Never had a problem. Good food, nice atmosphere. My son loves the train they have that goes around the rooms. They also serve alcohol.

This place has very large steaks (HUGE) I ordered the Ribeye w/bone the steak was so jucie and so fresh IF this place would offer this Steak Cajun style / black. OMG! I would have been in heaven! Let's not forget the BAKED POTATO the size of 2 f...

Here with a group of 5 people, served chips before meal, 4 of us had Burger them really good, my wife had the Enchiladas and she loves them. We'll be back.
