Feedback gevenWe go to the drive-thru around 8 p.m., I park further away to check my order, good idea because I'm missing a burger that I'm going to ask for and they give me without excuse. Once home, the surprise was to see that the cheese was meatless! Impossible to reach them by phone.

Passed the drive this evening around 9:30 p.m., I was surprised to see through the window the team member who had taken care of my collection (without any form of politeness) busy checking the contents of the order of the customer preceding me , before digging into it to eat a few potatoes then giving the customer their order without hesitation. Unacceptable behavior both in terms of hygiene and respect for customers. Having (like many) worked for the brand, I am stunned to have witnessed such an attitude.
A very long wait and the chicken was often not cooked in the wraps, it's not the first time that this has happened. I reported it. They made me a wrap again.
