I'd like to recommend Anne for assisting and accomodating us. She delivered an excellent service towards us. She keeps on smiling and very approachable. Good job to Shane as well for serving our clubhouse on time.

Spot on ambiance all the time, although service will always need to improve, ALWAYS. Typical working afternoon with a couple of friends, had this strawberry dessert which was very pleasant and of course to top it all of with a light coffee tea set, And the set was definitely the highlight, although the cookies were sweet, that's the only off thing there, the scones were spot on, there was sushi, foie gras, something that had lobster in it and even chawan mushi which is 1 of my fave japanese appetizers, Overall, pleasant experience and will always be back because of the ambiance, I hope they do something about the service attentiveness, Going back: Had the Tuna Melt, it was good in flavor but definitely not the price for it although understanding that it's served in a hotel cafe, it was fine.

Wow. This place is amazing. The qinuoa carrot salad is spectacular. The coffee cake with crumbles and strawberries whipped cream is wonderful as well. Flavours are great, cake was pretty light in good way. Service is professional and accommodating. Every small detail is counted

After a long day of enjoying the weekend, we decided to go here at the #HighStreetLounge at #ShangriLaAtTheFort. Truly a fine place to unwind after a long day of family bonding. With the combination of a nice Saturday evening and with the soft melodies of the music sang by excellent singers, and with their wonderful Earl Grey tea, my experience was a joyous yet wonderful experience. Recommend to visit again.

This has always been our go to place during the weekends or weekdays if we want to relax and wind down, especially if I want to study. My husband and I totally love this place the music, the ambience, the coffee, the people, and the desserts. Even some of the servers know us already because of the regular visits. Definitely, worth it over cafes with loud conversations and close tables. I wouldn’t trade those places over HS Lounge
