Feedback gevenOne of the best meals out we’ve had in a long time. Love everything we ordered: the barramundi with preserved lemon and arugula, burrata with heirloom tomatoes, grilled corn with harissa, and savage rice. Can’t wait to be back!
Food is very good, but a little expensive. Prices could be better. They definitely need more staff especially in the kitchen, as the wait times are ridiculously long. They were clearly understaffed when we went and you could see the staff there scrambling to get the orders out, but it was too much for the few of them.
I honestly think Savage is an underrated restaurant. I order the Tuna Jaw/ Collar every time I visit it's just sublime, perfectly smoked and very moist, one of the best executions I've seen. The tuna tartare is also lovely and light smoked, perfect for a light dinner.
The King Edward pork chop is flavorful and cooked right , so is the tuna jaw. The side skirt is just ok. The sticky toffee is sublime. The portions are great for sharing. Would definitely come back!
