I love the broth of the Sapporo Miso Ramen, topped generously with corn. For katsu sets, we got the Chicken Cutlet Katsu set and Prawn and Pork Fillet Katsu Set. The Chicken Cutlet was juicy, but I was disappointed by the thinness of the Pork Fillet. It was too bad their bestsellers was unavailable during our visit, I would love to visit again but stick to the popular dishes.

Compared to its competitors, I guess they were ok. The service and the food were as expected, but to put into different words they are just what you would expect and nothing more. We also thought that the selection of the dishes were quite limited compared to others.
I am a fan of Katsudon and their version of this Japanese dish did not disappoint me. Served hot, and that moist sweet tasteful meat fully satisfied my lunch craving. Even better tasting is their Black Pig Yaganawa Set meal. Nice food presentation
My cousin and I had just finished rock climbing when we decided to go Ramen Hunting. Our hunt led us to Tampopo and we ordered two bowls of ramen and a Sui Gyoza side dish. Their Black Pig Shabu Ramen was just huge and very pricey at Php 420 per bowl. The ramen started out tasty and delicious but because of it's size, I failed to enjoy the ramen when I was halfway through. My cousin and I also noted a weird smell coming from the ramen but we just ignored it and thought it was okay because the ramen tasted fine. Their Sui Gyoza was standard. One thing to note about this place is their Kitchen and their furniture. There is a part of the kitchen where it features a counter and the ramen is finished there, which makes it interesting and fun to watch a ramen being prepared.
