Went to eat, was told to wait because they needed to get lunch out. Came back, dining was closed with workers inside. Multiple cars came to also eat and they still didn't open doors althoughit said open, nor did they communicate with any of the customers.Lost alot of buisness.
It's sad coming here anymore. Everything's mono tone no hi how are ya how's your day it's like zombies working here foods mediocre management isn't worth a darn and you get parked for them to make a large iced coffee at 7:30am on a sat so there timeslook God while their customer service lacks well hopefully the fix it or shut it down because this is ridiculous
We had to make an emergency stop. They had everything we needed. The bathrooms were immaculate! The staff were courteous and directed us to the items we needed. They were also discrete while helping us with our situation.
I had a medical procedure done today where I had to starve myself for a period of time, so I was very hungry and simply wanted a Wendy's burger with a choco frosty...and I got exactly that. They also said their system was down so gave it to me at no cost,which was very gracious of them. The food was delicious all the way around...normally I'm not the hugest fan of Wendy's friesbut today they were spectacular.
