Amateur of good bread, well cooked or very well cooked, I tested several bakery during a holiday in ardèche. the discount offers high quality artisanal bread made by the baker and sold by the bakery. like any good and true bakery, the pâtisserie ray does not offer the range of frozen industrial pastries too often present but bakery pastry shops including a pepit: cevenol, on a broken pie background, a subtle montage of biscuit , maroon cream (ardèche) and a golden meringue . all for a very modest price, a great bravo and go there the eyes closed.
The various breads , the pie with raspberry jam ! and the flan ! not a pretentious and brilliant flan of gelatin. No! a bakery flan, simple, good, tasty. a present paste and good consistency, a flan that leaves you a good taste of real good thing.
Taste bread with chestnut, a real delight. You will return to the bakery and as a bonus you see the baker work live. It's beautiful and good. Bravo.
