Feedback gevenAfter a wine tasting and shopping at a top-notch gift shop, the restaurant definitely lives up to expectations. The food is delicious with generous portions, reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly.
We finished the winery tour and stayed for lunch. The Rueben sandwich was delicious and the Touton sandwich did not disappoint. We were disappointed that the cracker was sold out, but we will try it another day. The winery tour and tasting were excellent!
I tried the Rhubarb wine soft serve dessert and it was delicious. The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our order (5 soft serve flavors in total).
Perhaps this is one of those who get more than they ' somehow evaluate. here broken down after he used to be at the weintour, some purchases of perhaps the best gift shop in twillingate. end of a long day hiking trail wanted...some warm filling before she went out decided to share the seafood cahowder touton that seems like a 'combo' deal, but isn't. picture looks great, but chowder comes served in a take-out dish, overdone with lemon dill, seemed to me just fish chowder, not like other we had. touton has done so bad on a panini press, not the one to do a touton. the woman behind the counter seemed a little grim at the end of the day, which is unusual for newfoundland. all said seemed popular for sandwiches while we were there, but would definitely have to eat back in the tea shop instead of based on our impressions from there earlier in the day (review published elsewhere in this section). eis was good when we got on the road!
Sampling wine, shopping in a first class gift shop, and then finishing off with a light snack or a large meal, the restaurant does not dissapoint. Delicious food, large portions, reasonably priced and friendly staff!
