Chick-fil-a - Lacey

The chicken sandwich was quite average. There was too much bread compared to the filling. Additionally, the waffle fries didn't seem fully cooked; they lacked that crispy, crunchy exterior.

I genuinely enjoyed the chicken sandwich! The service was quick today, and Lucy was very friendly! The place was also clean!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A today. The server was preoccupied, laughing and chatting with a customer in front of me, completely ignoring the queue of people waiting behind them. I stood in line for about 15 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, she just changed her uniform and left. I was eventually helped by a polite lady, and I expressed my frustration to the person checking if I had paid. When I received my fries, they were loaded with salt, even though I hadn’t requested any salt at all. I ended up having to throw them away. Overall, I was very disappointed with this particular Chick-fil-A.

This is (as most of them are) a very very busy Chick-fil-A. The service was outstanding as always. The food was really hot and fresh. The only problem I really had here, is the bathrooms. This location is right off the I-5 and so it gets a ton of travelers. The three of us were in that exact scenario when we popped in. There is only one urinal and one toilet in the men's room. Granted everything looked clean, but there was a massive wait to use a restroom. This is why I knocked the atmosphere down two points. Other than that the place was great!Parking: Parking is kind of atrocious here. Lots of lanes going lots of directions and you have to cross blindly into moving traffic sometimes a few times.

My problem was that my order was delayed because the driver bailed on the order and I had to wait for another driver
