Domino's Pizza - Lacey

I would give this restaurant 4 stars only because they made the effort to fix the issues we encountered. I ordered a pizza through their app, but when I checked out, my order total of $17.49 was below the minimum amount required of $18.49. Despite this, they still charged me the $5.99 delivery fee. I decided to upgrade my pizza to an XL size and placed the order. The pizza was prepared quickly and the driver was on their way in no time. However, the contactless delivery still resulted in the driver knocking on our door. When we opened the pizza, we found that it was cold, measuring only 106° on our food thermometer. The slicing of the pizza was also uneven, with only 6 slices, as shown in the photo. I called the store to address these issues, but the person who answered seemed clueless about what could have gone wrong. After a brief hold, they came back on the phone and made things right. I appreciate their effort to correct their mistake, which is why I am giving them 4 stars.

This was actually the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The staff were attentive and even held the door open for me. They were able to accommodate my extra order and the pizza was delicious.

This place is fantastic! They always get my order right and deliver quickly. The food is amazing and the staff is friendly and cheerful.
