Ordered a whole Peter Luger, disappointed in the roast beef. Lots of fat, had to throw out much of the roast beef. Bread and cheese was good.I’ve ordered this sandwich many times in the past, first one that was this disappointing

Wow! A true class act! This place is incredible—wonderful atmosphere, fantastic people, and the food is simply amazing!

Was a fan until yesterday...Ordered 4 trays, when I removed the top of the eggplant rollatini, it was burnt black around the edges, and the chicken fuschiello was tasteless and bone dry. I had no choice but to serve it to my guests but I was embarrassed. This order was a pick up, and when my husband arrived home, they forget to give him the paper products, so I had to run to the store....

I've ordered food trays from this place multiple times, and they always exceed my expectations. I ordered a half tray of eggplant Parmesan for my Italian family, and it was a huge success!

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. This morning, I ordered a chicken cutlet BLT (half sub) with American cheese and mayo, and it was absolutely terrible. The chicken cutlets were incredibly tough and chewy, almost like chewing gum. They clearly had been prepared in advance (most likely yesterday) and then reheated, resulting in a dry, cardboard-like texture. While the bread was fresh, the lack of lettuce and the minimal tomato made the sandwich unappealing. I requested crispy bacon but received regular fatty pieces instead, adding to the overall poor quality of the meal. I felt it was a waste of $9, and I won’t be returning. Additionally, I noticed that the cook in the back wasn’t wearing gloves, and the restaurant itself was eerily quiet. It's clear why that is.
