Jimmy John's - Lacey

Really good food and the staff was nice. The food prep area was also really clean even though it was busy. That was great to see. You could tell the staff took pride in their work.

I love JJ's...but this location is lacking. They are much slower than other locations and the staff isn't very helpful. It's 2 miles from where I live which is a bummer bc I mostly end up ordering from the one across town bc of the issues I've encountered. I've sent feedback on their website about this mutiple times but nothing has happened! I hope they improve!

Soda machine is mixed terribly. Nothing tastes right. Sandwiches are fine.

Meat to bread ratio is a little leanI do like the place and the food.. just would like more meat on

Waited in the car for 30 min after selecting curbside takeout and they didn't say apologize, just said get the chips and coke and go.
