Pizza Hut - Lacey

Our experience was more frustrating than enjoyable. We placed a curbside pickup order and were initially impressed by how quickly it was prepared. However, while we were waiting in our car, we could see on the store monitor that our pizza was ready, yet it never made its way to us in the curbside pickup area. We called the provided number and endured a lengthy wait filled with ads before finally speaking to a representative. She said she would transfer us to the store, but we ended up waiting on hold again. Frustrated, I decided to go inside to retrieve our order. There were only two other ready orders and one customer in the store at that time. The pizza itself was hot and tasty, but when we got home and dug in, we were disappointed to find extra sauce instead of the light sauce we had requested. Not great.

The service was excellent; I placed my order online, and the pizza was ready and delivered to my car within a minute of our arrival. We ordered a Ham and Pineapple pizza. While the pizza tasted good, we were a bit disappointed with the amount of ham—it made the pizza feel a bit dry.

I placed an order for $211.00 worth of pizza, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizzas arrived lukewarm, smashed, poorly assembled, and topped with jalapeños that we did not request. I called to have one of the pizzas remade because one of our party members cannot have jalapeños, and I was informed that we would need to wait at least 45 minutes for a replacement. I was also told that we shouldn't eat the pizza at all, despite the fact that we were hoping to enjoy one that didn't have jalapeños smothering it. During my conversation with Zac, he mentioned that Pizza Hut had instructed him to substitute jalapeños for crushed red pepper, and that calling corporate wouldn’t be helpful since they would just refer me back to him. We frequently order from this location, but after this experience, I will not be ordering again. The service was terrible, and frankly, there seems to be a lack of effective leadership.

Service was good but my pizza was supposed to have chicken and bacon on it it was completely messed up no meat at all on my specialty pizza and I couldn?t even call because I was so sick with no voice. It was frustrating..

Pizza to go, always cooked my way, with toppings crust I want like. Can't go wrong, cost was low and affordable. Good food. Do it again.
