Have been going to this location since they opened in 2014. Sadly it appears they have now shut this location down.

Every time I order from here the food is cold and they forget something. I think the owner needs to teach these ditsy broads how to read because they're currently operating at a 6th grade level. Food: 1 Service: 1

Dining area was too dark, they sat us on the wobliest table in the world, gave us the menu and forgot we were there.....in the middle of the dining area. Sat there for 20 minutes and not a single person asked for our order. This is the first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant STARVING!

Dined at this location last night for our friends birthday. Got a table for 8 immediately, but thats when the problems started. There was some type of fan vent blowing cold air directly down onto us at our table. I first asked the waitress if she could get it turned off as we were freezing. She said she would speak to the manager but nothing happened. I then asked to see the manager who came to our table and said she would get it turned off. It temporarily went off but soon came back on. I again told her it was on and she said she would try again but that it has a mind of its own We literally had our Hoodie hoods up it was that cold. Some of our food was cold when it came after a long wait. The birthday girl had to get hers sent back it was so cold. Prices are pretty expensive for what and how much you get but overall good tasting. The staff was nice so it wasn 't a terrible experience, just not what you would expect from a large popular restaurant chain. We were all disappointed. The bathrooms could also be cleaned up. We gave BWW a shot but I 'm afraid we won 't be back anytime soon.
