The KFC experience fell short with subpar food quality, and the inconvenience of a closed washroom added to the disappointment. The only redeeming factor was the visit for chicken popcorn, catering to the preference of my child. One of the only reasonably priced menu items (Go Bucket) has essentially been removed. Not only has the price now increased, but it includes half the amount of chicken. That's right, you get the privelage of paying more for less. I guess KFC prefers greed over retaining customers.
