I've never seen someone work so slow in my life and responded with a rude attitude when I tried to put in my order. Definitely don't recommend this location since they clearly have low standards when it comes to hiring staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Ordered through skip the dishes. I order a chicken Parm. I selected the sauce in the toppings section. They must've put a drop of sauce, if any, because there is no red on this sub. It was dry and the chicken was so unappetizing. I usually prefer the other sub shop and decided to try mr.sub. I think I'll be sticking to the other one. My husband sub was also missing toppings. Awesome service by Patel. Veggies were fresh. I am new to country so I don't have much idea how to order for sub. Employee suggests me great combination that I like so much. Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. As a local resident, I occasionally have to grab a late meal after work. According to their posted closing time of 11 pm, I assumed I would be able to dine in. However, on two separate occasions, I was informed by the same staff member that the dining area was already closed, despite arriving well before closing time. The first time, I let it slide, but tonight (Tuesday), I arrived at 9:50 pm, over an hour before closing, only to be turned away once again. I politely asked why I couldn't eat inside for just 10 minutes, but the staff member dismissively claimed that all restaurants follow this policy. This response was both condescending and disrespectful. It is evident that this individual is more interested in avoiding additional cleanup than providing proper service. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I intend to file a complaint with the head office to address this issue. The lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the staff member I encountered is deeply disheartening. Being denied the opportunity to dine inside, especially when arriving well before closing time, is frustrating and inconvenient. It is clear that the staff member's actions were driven by laziness rather than any legitimate reason. Closing the dining area over an hour before the designated closing time demonstrates a lack of consideration for customers and a disregard for providing a positive dining experience. I believe it is crucial for the head office to be aware of this issue, and I eagerly anticipate their response to rectify this matter promptly. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
