Char Lou's - Lacombe

Char Lou's is a good resturant to go to see if there's anything to eat with friends or go to eat with the family. Hope one day they get a little bigger definitely earn it good food, don't think I've ever ordered anything I didn't like.

A Lacombe Favorite!. We are always happy with the food at Char Lou's! Your Hamburgers are delicious and have a reputation to be the best! The Burgerpatty is a generous size with grilled onions. Our other favorites are their soft shell crabs po-jung, smoked chicken, ribs and brisket and their thin cut fried catfish. Sometimes the food takes a little while to get out, but you know that everything is fresh, you will not find frozen, pre-cut burgers in this place. So if you have to wait a few minutes, just sit back and have a beer. The owners are almost always in the kitchen. It is a great local lunch place, or at the weekend for dinner.

Great food and great people run it!! Best catfish and pony and hamburgers and club sandwiches!! So glad they went back to more evening hours!

Hamburgers mmmm. Char Lous is what you hope to find in a small town with quirky little restaurants. The first time I ate there I was very pregnant, and very hungry, a little scared, but hopeful. I haven't had a burger that good n juicy in a long time. Wow, it was big, and a whole lot of good fries. I ate it all. My kids like it there too. The burger is the only thing I have ever eaten there, it is so good.
