Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Lacombe

Inexpensive, quick, and delicious! My grandmother really enjoys it.

I just attempted to eat the driest and most disgusting burger I've ever paid for. I really don't understand why they microwave their burgers before serving them.

I just wanted to let everyone know that the Dairy Queen in Lacombe is using very salty peanuts in their Peanut Buster Bars, and it makes them unappetizing! Salt and ice cream don't mix well at all.

I had a disappointing experience at Dairy Queen. Part of my order was missing, despite having submitted it correctly. My burger came with speck, which I found off-putting. It seemed like they rushed the preparation, as everything tasted precooked. The manager was unhelpful and provided excuses instead of addressing the issue. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for them. I won’t be dining here again.

The customer service and food quality have significantly declined in recent visits, to the point where the drive-through is ineffective. They struggle to understand what customers are ordering, which is really disappointing.
