Cafe De France - Lacoste

Beautiful view, very good products, the only small apartment is the service a little long

Unfortunately, very disappointed by this restaurant. We were a Monday, my terrace was half full when we arrived. After ordering two Perigord salads and Caesar, dishes that I consider basic, we waited 1h15... My caesar salad was a handful of unseasoned salad, a half tomato cut in three, three cherry tomatoes, five tiny crusts, green beans??????? , And a piece of chicken paned from the size of two fingers... But the chicken was barely cooked what!!!! And the cook forgot to put some caesar sauce on me... A comb for a Caesar salad... I bring her back to the kitchen because the poor waiters were overflowed, I can understand them... And just ask what I'm getting off the chicken... I get a salad with an even smaller piece of chicken, but cooked... a calf egg, finish the green beans but onions.. And still no sauce... And I'm not talking to you about my perigord. I'm not going back there, unfortunately... I put two for the beautiful view and the location, but it's still a restaurant, not a photo view...

There are places that even if they are not starred, if the map is simple, that fully keep their promise!! This is the case of this Café de France nestled in the village of Lacoste itself nestled in the heart of Luberon. The view is superb the hyper efficient and warm welcome the simple dishes good and completely homemade !! (Trop good fries and omelettes). We get hungry and thirsty and we're leaving happy!! I highly recommend for a noon without chichis!!!
