Yes the only reason why there are two stars is because the Chicago style is always amazing and the Blueberry Quinoa Salad is?????? We don't know what happened today, 11/25/22? I don't know. Came in and there were many tables, so we missed a rush. When we got our order, the place was extinguished. Gripe 1) asked about water when I had hired my wine, I didn't get water until over an hour later asked for a third time? when we got our food, I asked about dressing on the side: it appeared our waiter J forgot it? He cleared a table near us after he dropped our lunch. When he died, I asked about the dressing. He said? Then immediately came out to finish the buses first. Grid 2) Then he went in and never came out again. After about 10 minutes, my Hubby offered to go and get it. He did it, but not our server that had evaporated. We never saw Jackson again until he asked if we were ready to check the check. the place was long empty at that time. I don't know where he was going, but... we haven't left this bad tip for decades. I'm sure he was confused, we thought the mathematics was wrong..nope, Jackson, it was so bad because you sucked so badly. We are usually 20% tips? Maybe next time a little trouble in?????? Literally everything about food today, that was great as always. My whole Hubby and I could laugh how bad the service was, wow! Didn't we wait so bad for decades?

If you're in search of a fantastic Chicago-style pizza, this is the spot! The deep dish was outstanding, and it's very kid-friendly. The staff provided exceptional service, and there's a spacious bar for adults.

My friend and I patiently waited to be acknowledged at the restaurant. Two servers passed by us, but neither of them recognized us or spoke to us. It would have been understandable if the place were busy, but it didn't appear to be the case. After 15 minutes of standing at the entrance waiting to be seated, we decided to leave.

After about an hour, we were still waiting for the correct pizza, which we eventually received. Once again, we understood that mistakes can occur. We sat back and enjoyed our meal. Then, a new waiter came over with our bill and informed us that the pizza was on the house due to the mix-up. We thought that was a nice gesture. However, when we looked closely at the bill, we realized they simply removed the wrong pizza and charged us for the one we had actually ordered, which was confusing. My girlfriend then went up to the front and politely asked the server why we were still being charged if the pizza was meant to be complimentary. He responded with an attitude and actually called her a "Karen," which was surprising and a bit unprofessional, especially since he was a rather young server wearing a man bun and a yellow shirt. It’s amusing to think about how that conversation might have gone differently if I had been there at the time; I only found out about it halfway home. In the end, they did remove the charge for the pizza, and we only ended up paying for our drinks. Overall, we have no complaints about the food or the other friendly staff members. The younger manager was also very nice.
