Starbucks - Ladera Ranch

Weird vibes from staff today then when I realized my receipt had 3 bread items when I bought 2, I went back and requested a refund for 1 item charged twice and he said “I saw you walk out with 2 bags” and I said yes “not 3” Very rude to blame the customer who was overcharged instead of saying “I’m sorry” I’m a great tipper AFTER my order is right and that doesn’t happen in Ladera. Closes earlier than what is listed on their store hours, so disappointing, probably young teenagers making up the rules and decided when they are going to close for the day.

I love this starbucks, they are always so friendly and kind and make my ice coffee the best!
