Feedback gevenEnjoyed a TMobile BOGO Burrito. Good food, but several ingredient options were unavailable (they were out of them). What we got was good.
Food was fresh and tasty. Employees were friendly. Leilani went out of her way to be helpful and she walked around the dining area checking on customers. Very sweet
I had a new employee take my order and was not informed of any additional charges. When I got to the register, I was charged $35 for two burritos because I added queso without knowing it was extra. It was frustrating to not be told about the extra cost beforehand. I informed the cashier that I had not been informed and had difficulty paying the bill, but she simply shrugged her shoulders. I usually like to tip, but they had already taken the tip before I could even give it. I no longer feel like eating my burrito. The new employee did a great job, but the cashier with the long blonde ponytail was a disappointment. She did not offer to remove the extra charge or make a new burrito. Overall, the customer service was lacking and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Changes! The food at this restaurant has improved significantly since the new owners took over. The menu features a variety of delicious options, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
