When we got there we were told to seat ourselves and there was a lot of seating so we just picked a table near the bar. It had not been fully bussed from the previous guest. After waiting a long time, we were finally brought menus and the table was cleaned. Following another long wait, we placed an order for drinks and an app. The app came out almost immediately and was cold. We finished the app before our waters arrived. We finished those before our beers arrived. We nearly finished those before we were asked if we wanted to order entrees. We proceeded to do so and then waited some more, and some more, and... you get the point. Finally, three of us got our food. We had to hunt down our waitress, who clearly did not want to be there, to ask about the final dish. Another 15 minutes went by before it was brought out. It was delicious. Our waitress complained that she was very busy with a lot of tables, as if that excuses the atrocious customer service and long waits. The restaurant is obviously very poorly managed, but the food is good if it's hot.
World of beers Lady Lake Villages. Where 85% of the beer taps are not available. Hard pass. If you want coors light or bud light this is the place for you. Nothing available. Bar tender says the owner is more worried about cost than keeping beers on tap. This place is a hard pass.
Very poor service. Six bartender standing there all talking to each other with customers waiting and nobody serving them. Don’t waste your time there’s so many other options.
There were just 6 of us and we were the only ones in the restaurant. No Duke beer available, even though it was advertised. We ordered and waited and waited. Two meals came out, a Cobb salad and a Hamburger. The rest of us expected our meals to arrive next, but we waited long enough for the first two to finish their meals. My Hamburger was barely warm, but I ate it because I was so hungry. My husband's and my tater tots were cold. Two other's never got their tater tots and fries until they were done eating the rest of their meal! Worst experience for us. No compensation. Only explanation given was the kitchen help was from Brownwood. No excuse! All food should be cooked alike at both locations! And arrive at the same time for all people, should be hot and not have to be sent back. None of us plan on going to WOB in either location again. Judy D Update: The manager, Daniel reached out to us to make it right. We went back today. The food was served hot, at the same time and was very good. Daniel and the waitress were very attentive and took good care to right a wrong. Thank you. You're back on our list of places to eat. Judy D
