Dairy Queen - Ladysmith

This place deserves a rating of zero. The service was terrible—staff members were rude and seemed completely untrained. I will never return. It’s clear they are in desperate need of help!

The place was incredibly busy and it was clear they were short-staffed. I waited 20 minutes for my lunch, and even though I have the app on my phone, they didn't seem to know how to handle my coupons. I definitely won't be returning—very disorganized overall!

Poor customer service, and it took three attempts for them to get our order right.
