Feedback gevenI've been craving Arby's for about a month, went in after the dentist appointment and it hit the spot!
Arby's closes at 10PM not 11PM like the Arby's website or Google's hours says. I submitted the store sign for review to fix this discrepancy. We arrived at 10:30 like the online order told us, we were denied the order because the Arby's online menu wasn't synced with this stores actual operating hours. The manager said she wouldn't remake the burger if we came back the next day because she had no record of it (we have the online order number and email to prove otherwise) She told us to call corporate.... over just 2 roast beef burgers. Very strange
Valarie at the cash register is awesome friendly and very nice. Shout out to her.
So, this is the third Arby's I've been to within the last 6 months, and they are ALL tore up. We are talking 3 different cities across 2 states: all 3 locations were sub-par and I would NOT visit any of them ever again. For this location, again, when we walked in, employees were just hanging out, playing on phones, and sitting around. This, despite the fact that the floor needed a good mopping, the carpet needed a good vacuuming, and the condiments area needed wiping. The ceiling at this location seems to be leaking, resulting in a large unsightly trash can needing to be used to retain the water. Despite the fact that we were THE ONLY people in the restaurant (including drivethrough , it took 10+minutes to receive our 4 item order (1 item of which was a drink! . Now, the food was hot, so that was great. Then, we discovered that my kid's applesauce was expired by a few weeks. So, take from that what you will. Arby's, as it pains me to say, is probably on their way out given my last 3 experiences. Now, my man Leonard at the front counter? That man was friendly, smiled, talked to my kid in a kind way, and was the bright spot to my visit. Thank you, Mr. Leonard.
