Mod Pizza - Lafayette

The location is great and very convenient for me. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu offered a good variety, and the pizza had plenty of toppings.

I find the staff at this location to be unfriendly and unwelcoming. The first thing the young lady said to me was that I had been there before, with no greeting, no "hello," and no warm welcome. It left a bad impression. I doubt there is any management oversight, as this kind of experience has happened to me at least 7-8 times. I usually travel a few miles to the location on McCaslin in Louisville, which is always a pleasant experience. However, sometimes I don't have the time to make that trip, so I've been trying this place in Lafayette. Unfortunately, I think I’ll stick to the other friendly shop.

This place has the best staff, excellent customer service, and amazing build-your-own pizza options! We really enjoy dining at this location. Thank you for always treating us well. Is it open?
