Qdoba Mexican Eats - Lafayette

I really enjoy the option to personalize my burrito without having to worry about additional charges. The pico de gallo and guacamole here are fantastic, and having a Coca-Cola freestyle machine is always a plus. Despite being short-staffed, this QDOBA location serves delicious food with quick service.

I visited this restaurant about two weeks ago with a friend for lunch and everything was fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious, and they don't charge extra for guacamole or sour cream. The portions were generous, but the one downside is that the staff here are rude. I spoke to the manager about a rude employee on the night shift, and now on my third visit, the young lady working the evening shift was also rude. Qdoba, please improve your customer service. People are spending their hard-earned money here. I love the food, but I have had enough. I will not be returning.

I have to admit that this is my favorite meal when I don't feel like cooking and want something delicious that won't break the bank. Similar to Chipotle, you can customize your own bowl or burrito with plenty of vegetable choices to load up on.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially the lady with the unique colored hair. There were many options to choose from, and I appreciated that they don't charge extra for guacamole. The food was delicious.

I will consider my most recent visit to the restaurant as an anomaly, as the food was unexpectedly subpar. This was a first for me, as the quality of the food is usually excellent. I hope that this was just a one-time issue and that future visits will meet the usual high standards.
