Roam Artisan Burgers - Lafayette

I like a good burger and fries. Not sure why the place was fairly empty. Food was good and found a good table outside to enjoy some fresh air and conversation with friends. Added a lemonade which was nice and tart. Next time I'll try the bison burger.

I had a long day so I decided to go to roam since it always held good memories of family eat out nights but this time when I went there they completely messed up my order and when I got home I noticed since it was takeout and I couldn’t drive back since it was to long and I had school the next day plus I couldn’t eat the burger since it had cheese and I’m lactose so I didn’t know if it was lactose intolerant or not so it completely wasted my money and worded my day

Service has gone downhill here. We used to come here weekly, but now they can’t seem to execute properly on an order. It should not be that hard to follow instructions, especially when orders are placed online. Unless and until the service improves, we won’t be coming back.

STAY AWAY! The food sucks and they screw up your order.
