It's a Patagonian paradise. The turquoise colour of its waters and the mountainous background make it an amazing, storytelling landscape. The ideal thing is to go on your own and not with excursion, so you can enjoy it without trouble. Really beautiful.
Beautiful place, a wonder! The color of the water and the hills is beautiful. Within the lake we have paths to walk on low difficulty, then this viewpoint is mid level but the view from above is all. Then there's the hilltop but I recommend a guide for the signs. Then you can access the playita very nice place and the boat ride. We went to the very nice coastal promenade to visit the 2 hills, the arms of the lake and the limit with chile. The guides are very charismatic and if you have any doubt of the lake or the site you will be answered in the best way! The picture has a white bird that can't see the picture very well but it's a seagull.
I went to Lake Puelo National Park from El Bolsón, a collective of the company La Golondrina, which is quite frequent and at a cost of $550 direct to the Park. They didn't charge entry there. In tourist information they were very kind to explain to me and gave me a map with the available paths, although some were closed. I really liked the walk to the viewpoint, where the view is beautiful. I also crossed with many birds on the way.
Very nice place, there are stoves, I didn't find the bathrooms that say there's... and many people don't seem to find them either because they all did their needs among the trees... that's why under a star. There's nothing to buy. The boat tour leaves 16,000 per person and lasts 1 hour 40 minutes There is not much info
