Starbucks - Lago Vista

No stars ! The location would not correct my doordash take out order . They locked the front doors and would not help me. I then walked over to the take out window to try get some help , they turned the hot exhaust fan on my face . I called the corporate line was told can't do nothing about it have a nice day. Crappy company rude employees.

Customer service usually great, but it takes one bad rude window person to ruin that trend for the team LV SB. I request that the shift supervisor immediately advise the girl with the bob hairstyle and orange-maroon tshirt to speak with more respect to a customer. Every person who worked the window was always so pleasant. Her actions stood out as a failure compared to her awesome teammates' customer service skills.

They are always really nice and have never gotten my order wrong.

Takes way too long to get the food, not even worth the wait.

Hands down the best Starbucks! I go here every morning and we are on a first name basis. It makes me feel so special when the employees know my order by heart and get it right every single time! They have huge hearts and are amazing baristas. It is nice when your local coffee shop treats you like a Princess! They always have a smile on their face and a positive attitude, an amazing way to start my day!
