Excellent coffee, delicious cheese bread, even better French bread. Service is a 10, there is a brioche that you won't find anywhere else. As for Luiz and Camila, they are a 10 in friendliness and service.

Terrible service, employees choose who they will serve. They only serve well when they are in front of the owners. When they are not, they serve very poorly. They lost a client.

I received poor service from 2 attendants, one at the cash register and the other where the bread is kept. The bread with cheese on top was burnt (the cheese crust on top was dark brown, I asked if more would come out, she told me with a frown that the mozzarella was darker (as if I were an idiot. I usually buy 4 bread rolls) cheese, today as they were really bad, I bought 2, one cheese and one Seasoned. I went to complain about the price (the same price I paid for all 4) she told me that the dough was heavier. I was very upset. When the owners are there , the service is different.

Everything is very fresh, prepared with great care and I am always served with great courtesy by all employees. Especially the cashier girl. Always with a beautiful smile on her face.
