The downside, though, was that the isolation made it challenging to get staff’s attention when we needed assistance; we often had to get up to find someone if they weren’t nearby. Additionally, it was quite warm. Although the Ikoyi section had some shaded areas, it still felt hot, particularly since most of the seating is outdoors. Another downside was the lengthy wait for food. It took nearly two hours for many of us to receive our meals. I also found the prices to be higher than expected, primarily because the prices I had seen before our visit were outdated. Overall, the experience was decent. The standout features for me were definitely the cocktails and the wonderful spots for photos.
The restaurant has a lovely outdoor garden vibe. The arrangement of flowers and shrubs creates a sense of privacy in separate sections, making it quite charming. Soft music played from hidden speakers, adding to the ambiance. Our waiter was both efficient and professional. I ordered the fiesta fried rice with goat meat; while it looked appetizing, the taste didn’t quite live up to expectations.
Traffic Bar and Restaurant is a fantastic spot. It offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful artwork, and great music. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that I wasn't impressed with the restroom facilities. Other than that, it's an excellent place to unwind, whether you're by yourself or with friends.
The service here is a bit slow, but the food is surprisingly good. The staff is polite and friendly, although the restroom facilities are disappointing considering the prices they charge. On the bright side, the cocktails are strong and flavorful for the price, and the food overall is quite tasty. If you're planning a date, I would recommend this place for its ambiance. The artwork is stunning, and the DJ plays great music!
The atmosphere is fantastic, and the space is beautifully designed. There's an outdoor bar as well as an indoor restaurant, and the staff are very friendly. The walls are adorned with quirky murals and amusing signs. Located on the same road as The Polo Club in Ikoyi, this establishment also features the only crepe shop in Lagos. I highly recommend visiting at least once to unwind after a long workday. I would definitely return to try more of their local delicacies.
