Wonderful. Great service and the food was very good. Had pear and avocado salad, steak Bernaise and the egg pudding

Excellent eating! all items on the menu have listed allergens (soy, milk, gluten, crustaceans, fish). I could have the fish in cataplana. this dish contains soy sauce so that it is not typical gluten-free. they use gluten-free soy sauce at don sebastian. my man who is not gluten-free, and I ate there twice and everything we tried was delicious. he is not gluten-free.

I spoke and cooked with the owner. Unfortunately, they do not use separate pans and cooking materials. You think by washing pans very hot gluten is “skilled”.

They do not have a separate menu, but show on their menu items containing gluten (and other allergens). I ordered the tomato soup (the GF said), but it was served with bread crumbs there was NOT GF. When I mentioned that, they brought me a new bowl. That means eating was delicious service a little slow, though

No gluten free bread or menu but all the items with gluten are clearly marked. Good food but a bit pricey. Cited in the Michelin guide
