O Alcaide - Lagos

Nós dois tivemos os camarões que eram muito bons. Foi muito trabalhoso remover a linha da cabeça e do cocô. O meu marido também pediu a sopa de legumes que ele gostou e terminamos com o pastel de nata que foi o melhor que já comemos. Incrível. A vibração no restaurante era rústica. Nós recomendamos.

Uma jóia entre tantos restaurantes. Longe das multidões no topo de uma colina situada entre um bairro. A comida é deliciosa, o serviço atencioso e o ambiente é descontraído e convidativo. Não poderíamos pedir mais.

Um pequeno restaurante que parece bastante discreto do lado de fora. No interior está muito bem conservado e bem decorado. Existem deliciosos pratos de massa e peixe. Os preços são normais. Bons vinhos.

This is a “Do Not Miss!” Spot! Owner/Chef backed up by Number 1 wife/Chef…this restaurant epitomizes this couple. The restaurant is spotless! The bar, well stocked and the wine selections of local vintages is exceptional! Broad menu with seafood, meats and prices that are in isolation from recent hikes…! Great value. Food quality is exceptional. Fresh, carefully selected and presented! Fish is fresh and well Prepared in a traditional Portuguese style! Meats are top shelf. Beef carefully aged yet fresh. The restaurant is out of the way. The neighborhood is safe. Take the hike up the hill. You won’t be disappointed and may find it is your best meal in Portugal!!!

We've just had one of the most formidable experiences of our lives. The people who entered the restaurant right after us, didn't. For great Portuguese food you must respect the owner and the time it takes to prepare great food. The food was superb, fresh and full of flavor. Service was friendly and the house white wine was decent. They serve dessert wine and some fig bites at the end (on the house). Simply outstanding. I'll remember this meal forever.
