Mcdonald's - Lagrange

It was absolutely terrible. I had terrible time here. I will never go back. Brody is such a dush. I got treated with the most disrespect with here at this time

This is the only McDonald's in a 20 mile radius. Service is good. But each time I order a milkshake no matter what time of day it is it's like water. It is so gross. The thing is is that it's preventable. They don't turn the machine on to let it get cold enough to freeze the mix into ice cream. I've ordered it four times in the past 3 years each time it's the same way. I drive 25 miles to the next McDonald's to get a good milkshake. Do not order the milkshake. The last time I drank summer that it made me throw up

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They constantly mess your order up. Every time I go there I order 2 breakfast sandwiches (sausage McMuffins) and they pull me over into one of the parking spots and leave me sitting out there for 10 minutes. I stopped ordering the sausage bagel because they messed that up every time I order it too. Today they did the same thing. I sat there for five minutes and then they came out and told me it was gonna be another 10 minutes because they didn’t have any round eggs ready. I was so aggravated. I told him to forget it and just give me my money back. Maybe you guys should have breakfast food ready at breakfast time like all the other McDonald’s do.

Went there at 6 am only 2 or 3 working there and I bite into my sausage biscuit to find a long hair in it I won't be back y'all dudes with long hair cut it or wear a hair net it's disgusting I did get a full refund but only after finding your nasty greasy hair in my

I visit this McDonalds all the time for lunch, and every day you get pulled to a parking spot to wait. It is a miracle if they don't have you waiting. Yesterday however, was unlike any other time. I was pulled into a spot, and waited for 20 minutes just to go inside and find out they forgot my order, which lead to even more waiting time as they had to totally start fresh. I didn't even get an apology or anything! Terrible customer service.
