Chipotle La Paz Rd - Laguna Niguel

Unfortunately, the staff at this location often forgets to include items I have paid for, such as chips or kids' drinks. It seems to be a common issue at Chipotle restaurants for employees to overlook extras. I have had to return multiple times to retrieve items they forgot to include in my order. Despite this, the staff does not always seem very friendly or apologetic about their mistakes. In comparison, other locations have been more diligent about adding forgotten items without charging extra.

I enjoy Chipotle as a convenient option, but I am not a fan of their sofritas. There is something about the spice that is too strong for my taste, maybe it's the cumin. I usually order the salad or bowl with brown rice, cilantro-lime cauliflower rice, sofritas, fajita vegetables, black beans, corn salsa, guac, and fresh tomato salsa. I top it off with more salad and hot sauce. The staff always seems to forget one of our add-ons, whether it's the extra chips I paid for or the kids' drinks. It's a common occurrence at Chipotle locations for employees to forget the extra chips. I have had to go back numerous times to get something they forgot to include in my order; you would think I would learn to check the bag before leaving! However, with COVID, I prefer to get in and out quickly. The staff at this particular location do not seem very friendly or apologetic when they forget items from my order. Other places are more accommodating when they forget to include something in the bag.

I really enjoy the sofritas at this restaurant!
