Mando's Food Truck - Laguna Niguel

I just enjoyed some incredible carne asada nachos and a fantastic chicken club sandwich from Mando's. This food truck really exceeded my expectations. The portions were generous and the prices were very fair. I loved it so much that it almost made me forget for a moment about COVID-19!

Mando's is the top food truck in Orange County. I've tasted their burgers, which are amazing, but the real highlight is their fish taco. They serve two large tacos loaded with fresh fish and all the fixings. The quality of the food is unmatched, and the prices are quite reasonable.

We ordered the Mando's burger and the al pastor taco special. The burger is wrapped in bacon and is absolutely massive; it must weigh nearly a pound! The flavor is amazing and it’s cooked to perfection. The al pastor tacos were also fantastic. The meat was beautifully marinated and came out incredibly tender. The grilled onions on the side were a great addition. We will definitely be back again!

The food is pretty good! However for the second time purchasing food from the truck at the complex I live in located in Irvine the food is once again wayyy too messy and all over the place! Little overpriced

Mando's is, by far, the best food truck I've ever been to. Their carne asada nachos are out-of-this-world and hands down my favorite. Whenever they're in town, I make sure to stop by. My friends have all enjoyed their food too--they've had the chicken club sandwich, the burger, and the fish tacos. I also highly recommend the delicious churros! Can't wait for my next visit!
