Starbucks - Laguna Niguel

I ordered the featured dark roast black, and my friend ordered Pikes with light cream. Mine was more bitter than expected, so I had a little cream added. My friend found the pike to be a little bitter as well and had more cream added.This location has a good-sized interior dining area and a huge outdoor patio. Tables are well spaced outside, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

Employees know the names of regular customers and also what they drink.

Always friendly staff. Drinks are made perfect and always in a timely matter. Visit this location quite frequently and never an issue.

The clerk here told me they didn't have my drip coffee choice and it would take 10 minutes to brew some more. When I went to pay him I told him he could pour from the Pike's blend and that would be fine. But he said, no, he could rush the Christmas Blend brewing. He did. He went out of his way. When I remember his name, I will return to put it here. He was working the morning of December 9.

Not sure if the cashier was having a bad day or not,but she was so rude. No smile no thank you. I have had several issues with this starbucks. They take forever to make a drink. I order at home and drive here and still wait sometimes 15 min. So never again. I will stick to the one that has very friendly people.
