Subway - Laguna Niguel

Chris was fantastic! He was the only one who asked if we wanted our salads chopped. Every time we requested that, we were either told no or the staff pretended not to hear us, even when we repeated our request. Thank you, Chris, for your courteous service! You truly understand that it’s the customers who keep a business thriving! Your exceptional customer service is the sole reason this place earns a 5-star rating, not to mention the amazing salads! And thank you for serving us a full bowl of salad!

The two employees at this restaurant seem straight out of "The 40-Year-Old Virgin," with a game controller seemingly glued to their hands. Unfortunately, they provided the worst customer service I've encountered in quite some time. I acknowledge that my opinion may be influenced by my experience, but the quality of a business is largely determined by its employees. My advice to the owner is to consider conducting interviews for new staff.

There were no forks available, so I ended up using a knife instead. I later returned to get a spoon.

The guy working tonight was the nicest gentleman ever. He was working all by himself because no one wants to work these days. He was super friendly and actually listened to exactly how I wanted my sub. I appreciate his attitude and helpfulnesses and I willstart going to this location more now, because of him. Thank you very much!

Just ordered 4 large Subway sandwiches. Wow these were the worst Subway Sandwiches ever. Had the turkey and asked for avacodo to be added there must have been 2 teaspoons in a full sandwich. And you pay extra for it. All toppings very limited inamount. Sandwich was very dry. We asked for mayo and mustard and not there. No cheese as requested. To be honest it was moreof a bread sandwich. What a waste of money. We only went there because our local one closes early on Sunday. From previousreviews appears management or owner really doesn't care if customers are satisfied. Highly recommend if you want a good sandwichdon't go to this Subway. 6.27.21 5:00pm
