This place is definitely a hole in the wall. It is flanked between industrial and furniture stores. We have several goodies: Mandel Croissant, Blaubeere Danish, Coconut Danish and Speck/Egg/Cheese Croissant. Breakfast Croissant was made before me and it was surely the highlight. There was only one person on the front when I was there, so the service was slow, but I wasn't in a hurry. The other standout was the Mandel Croissant. It was not twice baked, but it was flaky and it had almond paste in so very strong almond taste when that is your jam. The dunishes were a bit too doughy for me. For about $17 for everything, I say it is a big thing if you are looking for a bakery repair or a big breakfast croissant.

This place is brilliant, here for years and years (1970s) and its obvious, the new owners are to fix it. All that next to the breads is great, fresh and made on site. They make goods for local hotels, but have tons of large pastries, croissant, cookies, muffins and even strudels you can buy. We took a sorted box and then tasted the next days and great meetings of owners Charlie Owen. Go on!
