This Tawa chicken has a story, initially when the area was not a visit to families because of Shahi Mohallah, I recall back in 1995 when we came back to Lahore after my dady retired, it was called by a local name kukri, later in Shahi kukri then Roshanai chicken and now known as Tawa chicken. If you want something spicy and tangy, this is the right place to come. Excellent and succulent Tawa Chicken piece (prepared on a large flare wok). Made out of spices mixed into sour curd , and topped with green chilis , so good , appetizing and delicious . Apart from this ,the smashed lentil patty mixed with fried egg and spices , prepared with butter was super delicious as well. . Both came along with rumali roti. . Allahumdulilah an outstanding and beautiful experience to this place.
