Stater Bros. Markets - Lake Arrowhead

I 'm at a loss for words about what happened at this Stater Brothers in Lake Arrowhead. I 've been shopping at this location for over 20 years. I 'm a older woman and have been sick for several weeks. I stopped in to buy my dog a bag of dog food yesterday. I asked the cashier if some could help me lift the bag into my car. The cashier asked a woman by the name of Ashley if she could find someone to help me. Ashley walked by and said We don 't do that here and kept walking. I was pretty upset and asked the cashier if she could call a manager and the cashier said That is the manager Luckily a nice gentleman that was behind me in line offered to help me.

Great prices, good organic selection, the people who worker are really nice. I liked the corn tortillas in the bakery area.

Rude staff and bad food. My boyfriend and I were treated like annoying out of towners (not saying that it 's okay to treat visitors like that either). He wanted some chicken tenders from the hot bar and when he asked for some, the lady was very rude in her response to him saying you 're missing something. He asked what she meant and she said how many. It wasn 't phrased as a question...All she had to do was ask how many he wanted. We got the food and got out of there, not wanting to give them any more of our business. Turns out the chicken wasn 't good and it made him sick. Giving it 2 stars because the sushi wasn 't bad, but you 're better off going to any of the other grocery stores in the area.

I just left stater Brothers on 40th and waterman, I usually don't go to that store because I'm never greeted or thanked at the checkout, all I see is the checker and the trainer today and the bagger talking amongst each other laughing doesn't acknowledge the customers it's ridiculous poor customer service for sure, and then a lady in line tripped and fell and they didn't ask her how she was they didn't run to her to help her my daughter had to pretty bad ridiculous I won't go there anymore
