The staff is incredibly friendly and even addresses me by name. The person at the window took the time to ask how my day was going, and we chatted briefly while my drink and sandwich were being prepared.

I visit every Monday, but wow, it seems like you must have a new staff member because I just left and the double chocolate chip Frappuccino was really bitter this time—it was quite unpleasant! I'll still be back next week, but I have to say, that wasn't great.
