Il Mulino New York Trattoria

If you know anything about my reviews, you already know that I have everything about a great service, delicious food and unforgettable moments with family and friends. It includes this restaurant! The service was nothing less than 5 stars. The food was to die for: we ordered two different spaghetti, chicken parmigiana, Calamari, salmon, chocolate cake, Tiramisu and of course no meal is complete without a savory wine and this from Italy was nothing less amazing. The ambience was excellent and the table was beautifully decorated. The only thing missing (if I have to add something) was a little music. Other than what I believe, it was a wonderful culinary experience with family, friends, great conversations and dinners that all of us “look our pieces”. No one to complain. Go hungry and ready to let filled! Enjoy

This place was fantastic. I'm super critical of restaurants and this place not disappointed... two nights in a row. Thanks for the fantastic service and professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend this place.

The first thing I want to mention is fantastic service. The service is top notch. The squids were so soft that they were melted in the mouth. Pasta with forest mushrooms, only a smell caused them to try it ASAP. Very recommended to visit this place

II Mulino is considered a signature restaurant at Swan Resort. Although it is a fine restaurant, it is still affordable. We explained here for our anniversary before graduation. Our server was very focused on tomato allergy in an Italian restaurant. The food took some time to prepare while we were presented with bread service. We both had the Fatuccine Alfredo with sausage and it was delicious. The Caesar salad was okay, the black pepper gave him a kick. The atmosphere is what you would expect from fine restaurants like Dine Lights and Jazz/Band music. The restaurant didn't seem to have a dressed code. Also note: if you park on the property or devalue your car, do not forget to get it validated in the restaurant.

Il Mulino New York Trattoria was pretty good. The ambience was nice, there was great service, and the food was in big portions. It is a good option for people staying in the Swan or Dolphin Hotels.
