Thirsty River - Lake Buena Vista

Faster service and I like the tents here better than anywhere else in the park

Great place for a fast snack (they have mickey bretzels) and a drink for the children and the adults to stop. they have no more golden monkeys, as a previous menu pick shown. the server were all very friendly. that makes a great place to wait for her party if they don't want to go to everest.

The thirsty river bar helped to make a great day! it was our first visit in disney, we were three days in, and our children were 4 and 5 and totally overwhelmed with each individual experience. we had waited for the parade to begin and it began to rain. our children were bad and crying. we wanted to try to leave the park when the parade blocked us. my man discovered the thirsty river bar and came back with two of the most refreshing and amazing frozen drinks. our children were then mesmerized by the attacking parade and we smiled all when we left the park. it is a great box-stop in animal kingdom.

I have the blue margarita. was quite strong, and melts quite fast in the juli heat
