Great American Cookies - Lake Charles

The cookie cakes at this place are amazing—far superior to those from grocery stores, which I find quite unappealing. These are truly delicious!

The cookie cake is consistently fresh and delivered as promised, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Personally, I prefer only white or dark icing, as I find the colored icing to be slightly bitter. However, I was disappointed with the bag of cake scraps being sold in Lake Charles. They were stale and lacked freshness, and the small container of icing didn’t help either. Most importantly, it didn't motivate me to order a full cookie cake, which is why I think this item should be removed from the menu. This could potentially hurt your business. I’m puzzled as to why the reviews aren’t more favorable because the cookie cake is ideal for any party or celebration. I’d love to see discounts for long-time customers like myself, as my family and I have been loyal fans for over 37 years!
