Taco Bell - Lake Charles

The staff is usually rude or at least gives off the impression that they do not care about their customers or their jobs. Every time I go, they seem to be indifferent, if not outright dismissive.

One day someone drove their car through this place. I work on the road and this Taco Bell is consistently the worst and will always be the worst. They skimp on quality and service, so customers should just go somewhere else. Zero stars.

Gross!!! Rice in burrito was NOT EVEN HALFWAY COOKED. HOT SAUCE PACKETS HAVE DRIED HOTSAUCE ALL OVER THEM. IDK WHO OWNS THIS STORE BUT MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT AND REPLACED WITH SOMEONE WHO WILL DO THEIR JOB. I have had multiple issues everytime I come in.

The absolute worse service and food I have ever got at a taco bell from the top to the bottom of the US. I paid 4.99 for a lettuce chalupa. Smh. Never will they get my money again. And the person working in the drive thru had body odor so bad I could smell it from my car. Bad food horrible employees. Never again. I will be calling their corporate office.

Food wasn't hot. Order was wrong. One of the burritos only had cheddar cheese with lettuce in it! I will definitely stick to the DeRidder Taco Bell!
